Existing Status
There
are more than 380 recruitment agencies operating in Nepal. Out
of which a large majority of agencies – among other things,
lack required knowledge of foreign employment procedures,
inadequate experience, and disorganization. Surprisingly, only
few of them have proved themselves qualified and reliable.
Mushrooming of the recruitment agencies are chiefly to be
blamed. This has, often, resulted sub-standard performance and
service. Scam and fiddles are often heard. To avoid such
mishap, a set of stringent monitoring system has to be
developed. Gandaki Overseas Concern pledges its contribution
in working with concerned in improving the status.
